Summary/Abstract: The Logos is the Pre-existing Word, the Sense of all things, existing eternally in the Son of God. It is the Logos which becomes God-Man by adopting human nature. In this way, the Greek idea of Logos is fulfilled in the incarnated Logos, in the Word that became Flesh. Since then, the Logos is not solely the “sense” or “thought,” existing beyond things, but the Logos is incarnatus, as He came in the flesh and incarnated Himself. Now the Word is not only the “replacement” of the body, but is united with the whole reality. In this way, the Logos of creation – the true incarnated Logos – and the pre-existing Logos – Son of God – coincide. This reality can be expressed through the prism of sense. Then we would be speaking of the sense of creation, redemption, sanctification, and salvation.
