Summary/Abstract: Immediately after the occupation of Albanian by Italian fascist army in 1939, the Government of Belgrade was interested regarding Italian attitude toward Albanian problem in Yugoslavia, and in the frame of this, also regarding the relationship between these two states. Yugoslavian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in pro-Italian mood, was observing political situation in Albania, especially the activity of Albanians from Kosova, which because of political reasons, since the twenties had been migrating to Albania. Yugoslav Governments’ Pro-Italian attitude was not surprising since these two countries had previously been negotiating regarding its division. In the beginning of the occupation of Albania, Serbian Government immediately had undertaken a row of repressive measures against Albanians, especially in the border lines with Albania. Not only this but Yugoslav invaders initiated a violent action on Albanians with the aim that as fast as possible make cleansing Of Kosova and other Albanian areas under Yugoslavia. In these circumstances, some Albanian intellectuals and nationalists viewed reasonable that there should be started by any means political-military organisation in order to confront this expansionist aim. There were establisht Albanian illegal armed units in which heads were posted Tahir Zajmi, Osman Lita and Pashuk Biba, while most of soldiers came from different Albanian areas.
