Summary/Abstract: Paper is supported on archive documentation of Macedonia and Albania. It offers to the reader new historic facts related to political-military developments in Shkup and Kumanovo during the period September-November 1944, establishment of Albanian power bodies: Prefecture of Shkup and Sub-Prefecture of Matejç, then struggles bet-ween Albanian voluntary forces and Balkan Communist Alliance to Slavic-Communist massacres toward innocent Albanian population in a broad territory of Anamorava’s Karadak.
