Summary/Abstract: Myderriz Jusuf Efendi Uruçi - Pogorica is one among relevant personalities in the current of Albanian National Movement. Collected data in detail and clearly speak that Jusuf Efendi Uruçi was born in Podgorica, around the year 1830, primary education took from his father, great mualimi and alimi, Haxhí Ibrahim Rrustem Efendi Uruçi, while secondary schooling has finished in Medrese e Qafës së Pazarit of Shkodra, to the famous Myderriz in Shkodran tradition with the attribute: Great Sali Efendia, respectively mualim (pedagogue), alim (scholar) and satiric bejtexhi (poet), Mulla Salih Pata - Kasti of Albania from the Court .
