Summary/Abstract: Geoeconomical and geopolitical dimensions of world development are strong interdependent. The current economic crisis produce geopolitical consequences wich undermine the leadership of United States in the world. The U.S. economic weakness and China’s superior performance challenge the global balance-of-powers. A new orientation of Obama administration toward China may generate a G-2 group to work together for peace and development.
