Corruption Problem In The International Penal Code

Summary/Abstract: Amog official crime acts a special place has corruption which presents various ways in which the official position is misused. These various kinds of corruption in- clude giving and taking bribe, which are known and defined in all contemporary leg- islations and international documents, in the first line UN documents, Council of Europe and European Union. Due to the extreme danger from corruptive acting of in- dividuals and groups in transitional and multi-ethnical sociaties. At the same time in- ternational community (UN, EU and Concil of Europe) built a concrete base for a joint action against all shapes of corruption. The activities of European Union in this field are rather important and it is a topic of this paper.
