Summary/Abstract: Parmenides chained the man, as Homer did with Ulysses at the mast of his ship, to the necessity of the being. Discursive declination, being, to be, the being, leading to a verbal and sophisticated verbal proliferation to which we oppose the identity of the being and of the non-being and the non-being itself. It is an infinite return to the dialectical probléma.
