The Constitiutional Grounds for Czech and Polish Administrative Judiciary

Summary/Abstract: The aim of this article is to compare the constitutional grounds for administrative judiciary in the Czech Republic and in Poland. First chapter addresses the Czech constitutional grounds for administrative judiciary, second chapter covers it in Poland. The analysis focuses also on the regulation in the field of international law, European Union law and european soft-law and relationships between particular parts of public law justice in both states. The conclusion of this article clarifies both constitutional models of administrative judiciary.
