Summary/Abstract: About ten years ago, acts were adopted in the Czech Republic and Poland which in both countries finalized the reform process in administrative judiciary. A problematic point of the reforms was the question of organising the reformed administrative judiciary. It appears to be appropriate to compare amendments of the organization of administrative judiciary in countries in which the intellectual and historical foundations of judicial control of public administration are often different, but in fact very similar, almost identical.
