Summary/Abstract: The process is treating along with the main stages of bruising psychological intervention at difficult school class as a real social psychological phenomenon in the Bulgarian school. Emphasis is placed on the figure of the school psychologist – the professional, who necessarily must diagnose the degree of difficulty of a class in proper way and to take actions of normalization the direction.
