The Symbolic Dimension of the Agent of Propaganda in Romanian Communist Regime

Summary/Abstract: This study is based on the idea that the agents of propaganda in communist regime in Romania incorporate a practical dimension, and a symbolic one, as well. In this regard, the study is focused on their special education, instruction and control, and on their responsibilities that transformed them in a part of political power. In this order, the symbolic dimension of agent of propaganda came to reinforce his status. Therefore, this study brings answers regarding the importance of symbolic dimension of agent of propaganda in the development and the sustainability of the communist regime in Romania. The bibliography is centered on archival documents of the Central Committee of Communist Party and on the communist newspapers dedicate to the instruction of the agent of propaganda.
