Spatial classification of communes by usable land traded by the APA in the zachodniopomorskie voivodeship

Summary/Abstract: The object of the study is the spatial classification of municipalities due to the quality (grade) and sort of sold agricultural land in the Zachodniopomorskie voivodeship by ANR in the years 1995-2011. The article verifies the hypothesis about the spatial relationship between the structure of the property sold and the price of real estate transactions reaction mixture. The municipalities were divided into three groups, the structure and the land sold and into four groups due to the maximum transaction prices obtained in the studied years. In the context of conducted work research problems were formulated: establishing typical of the researched market structure of arable agricultural land sold and the study of spatial relationships established according to the force.
