Summary/Abstract: This decision is presented in the extract and the commentary envisages the reexamination claim based on the provisions of the art. 200 of the New Civil Procedure Code. The decision subjected to the present examination, although judicious, causes suplimentary commentaries which are meant to consolidate the conclusion of the Court which judged the reexamination claim, namely that the 10 days term established by art. 200 paragraph (2) NCPC cannot be reduced.
