Notification by telephone regarding the hearing according to the provision of the new Civil Procedure Code. Doctrinal differences

Summary/Abstract: The proposed theme concerns the application and effects that can be generated by art. 241 para. (3) of the Civil Procedure Code about the possibility at hand to advise the court to order notification by telephone of the parties. Notifying the parties by telephone, since it does permit confirmation of the reported information, will be followed by the preparation of the clerk of a report regarding the means used for notification. This means of notification has no guarantee that the citation procedure was done validly.
