Management review vs. results orientation

Summary/Abstract: Management review is one of the most important mechanisms of quality management systems improvement. The review is a systematic top management meeting, which is organized to ensure management system continuing suitability, adequacy and effectiveness. There are a lot of requirements for management review in ISO 9001 standard. Apart from that there are other factors affecting management review quality and determining its effectiveness. One on them is the preparation of suitable input data. This article presents some review quality factors which are the results of experiences of management systems maintenance and improvement.
