Process approach, risk analysis and role of employees in quality management system on the example of service enterprise

Summary/Abstract: The issue of risk analysis is very important in the practice of quality management system improvement. Such activities as hazards identification, losses estimation and risk assessment of processes have particularly great significance. The role of employees, their awareness, competence and involvement are especially important in these activities. This article presents how to use preliminary hazard analysis method on the basis of the main processes in a service enterprise.
