National Anticorruption Prosecuting Magistracy - Its 1st year’s records.

Summary/Abstract: The National Annticorruption Prosecuting Magistracy (PNA) represents one of the numerous initiatives envisaged as a modality to fight against corruption during the past ten years. Up to now it was not a more efficient instrument than any other similar initiatives of the past. The only difference being a broader presentation of the authorities in charge with the anti-corruption fight. Regarding the public perception of its activity PNA represents an annex of the Image Department of the governing party that desperately tries to change its own public perception in all its specific aspects as well as the public accusations that it tolerates corruption
