The Romanian Constitution between Electoral Mobilization and Ballot Boxes Mobility

Summary/Abstract: The article analyses the problematic of the referendum for the Romanian Constitution revision from different aspects perspective: organization, promotional campaign, legal frame but highlighting the problem of irregularities and frauds reported by independent observers and oppositional political parties. Considered a step forward into the Romanian transition to democracy (at least comparing with the 1991 Constitution), the birth of the new fundamental law is unfortunately based on a huge mystification that was called „from the electoral mobilization to the ballot boxes mobility”.
