Summary/Abstract: In the writing, shortly it is about Saint Steffen Treaty, held on 3 march 1878, Berlin Congress in 13 June-13 July of the same year, for the first Balkan War (October 1912-May 1913) that was crime and the biggest historical injustice upon Albanians, as the Conference of the sixth ambassadors in London with duration from 17 December 1912 to July 1913. These were events and years with consequences for our nation even now days. Meanwhile Russia was and stood in front of mining Albanian cases, by impeding its right of choice. It is mentioned that above mentioned problems where never sobered well, but continually cherishing and pleased appetites of Big Serbia and Greece in Albanians expenses .
