Summary/Abstract: Despite continuous requests of national Movement regarding the resolution of Albanian issue, the Ottoman Empire left it out lingering as the single problem in Ballkan territory. By the end of the first de-cade of the twentieth century, fates of Albanian natons oscillated bet-ween the dangers of the wings of neighboring countries. Also, the division of Albanian territories in several Vilayets was a detention for the union of Albanian population. During the years 1908-1912 there were some persistent efforts for gaining national rights. However, Alba-nian requests for freedom were opposed by expansionist intentions of four neighboring countries: Serbia, Greece, Montenegro and Bulgaria, which had the overall support from Russia. Uprisings were the only position of Albanians in order to put opponents in front of the finished act. Albanian leaders Hasan Prishtina, Isa Boletini, Bajram Curri, Idriz Seferi led Alba-nian Uprising in Kosovo in the spring and the summer of 1912, and achieved to control almost entire Kosovo from Ottoman power. High Porte was forced to accept requests for Albanian Autonomy on August 17th, 1912. However, The Firs Balkan war which started on October 8th, 1912 became a main obstacle for rightful resolution of Albanian issue, which left consequences until present days, after 100 years. Real Albania in a process of formation was the main reason of the First Balkan War. That war was a conspiracy prepared long time ago against Albanian nation.
