Effectiveness of processes based on knowledge on the example of implementation of standardization in an international organization

Summary/Abstract: The article shows sharing of knowledge in an international organization which implements process approach. The result of actions to improve work effectiveness of business units of an international organization is sharing the best practice and knowledge. Aspiration to shared, standard processes for all business units, using the best practices leads to the integration of knowledge in an organization which influences the improvement of common as well as local rates.
