Summary/Abstract: This paper presents a way of approaching organisational improvement based on measurable values as the only possible reference system for process excellence. It shows that the current, past and future planning of organisational states may be evaluated on the basis of indictors. Based on the assumptions of six sigma, using numbers, data and facts as the entry points for current state analysis, it defines the targets for the processes improved and provides a measure of obtained results. Additionally this paper shows that a methodical, structured approach to organisational improvement yields an observable advantage over activities which are either unstructured, operationally or intuitively critical, and which often result from the desire or need to undertake improvement steps in a defined organizational field. This paper presents a process approach in an international organization, which after taking over new companies implements new corporate standards based on process approach using a computer tool that integrates the processes, technology and human behavior.
