Concept of management systems implementation capabilities in overcoming the barriers of companies growth

Summary/Abstract: Nowadays a lot of managers use the so-called management systems being an outcome of for example the analysis of best practices and trends in management. In the same time we can also observe the situation in which official declarations concerning the utilization of management systems tend to be far from the reality of their practical application in an enterprise. The authors – basing on a brief study of four cases – try to point out an important cause of this problem.
