Summary/Abstract: The article was devoted to issues associated with employing juveniles as part of the relationship of work. Juvenile is a person at the age of 16–18 and according to intention of the legislator such persons can be employed in two different forms. First of them, linking theoretical knowledge and practice is vocational education, whereas the second, reached only to paid purposes, is employing at so-called “light works”. Moreover, duties of the employer deciding to employ juvenile which constitute the real sign of the protective function being entitled to this special group of employees will be presented in this text.
