Mobbing Issue Carried out from the Perspective of Decade of Rule the Article 943 of the Polish Labour Code

Summary/Abstract: The article is devoted to mobbing issue carried out from the perspective of decade of rule in the body of the Polish Labour code. The development has been enriched with a wealth of case law and judicial views of doctrine, clarifying doubt emerging on the occasion of the practical use of these regulations. In the summary, but the position of the author, recourse was made to statistics compiled by the Ministry of Justice of the last few years, which were the subject of lawsuits concerning mobbing.
