Summary/Abstract: Twenty-five published issues in the period of nine years (first issue published back in 1995) is a rather large number and represents a sign of continuity, which is definitely a small miracle in the Croatian cultural space. Bearing in mind the fact that this is a magazine with a very specific editorial orientation towards women and their position in society, the surprise gets even bigger. Especially since this topic has always been marginalized and accordingly also unimportant, and will unfortunately remain so for some time. But despite all the problems common to all magazine publishers, such as the lack of money and difficulties in reaching the audience, but also some specific ones like relatively low production of domestic texts on women's issues, and generally weak and undeveloped public interest for the topic, the magazine has survived, and its chances to remain on its mission are pretty realistic. During all these years, we have published hundreds of texts related to topics, that we have considered important, but often urgent as well. Our numerous contributors had been learning trades of writing, designing, and editing while working on the magazine, and we are very proud of that. Many of our associates have continued with their careers in this field, and some of them with great success. We are proud of them, just like we are proud of those already acknowledged, who had will and enthusiasm to cooperate with us. Naturally, there have been some oscillations. The quality of written text was excellent, sometimes good, and there were some weak points, as well. The same could be said for magazine's layout. Over 200 writers have written for the magazine, we have presented more than 50 women's group and organizations, and it was the first time for many of them to be given a space in the media and we have given them the opportunity to go public. During all this time, the magazine has received much criticism, and for the most part, it was positive.
