Rules of learning economy and challenges for community regional policy

Summary/Abstract: Features of learning economy and contemporary challenges for Community regional policy were briefly presented in the article. The author paid special attention to the specificity of learning cities-regions functioning in spatial economic networks. On the basis of chosen rules of learning process the areas and strategies used in Community regional policy were described.
