The contribution of the Soviet intelligentsia to the formation of the public opinion leaders in the 1930-s (by the example of Khakas region)

Summary/Abstract: The article studies the process and shows the peculiarities of the for-mation of the public opinion leaders in Khakas region in the 1930-s that took active part in the agitate-propagandistic work. The author defines the main reasons that caused the necessity of creation of mechanisms of suppress of influence and activity of «non-formal» public opinion leaders and nomination of «formal» leaders. She shows the contradictions of the studied process, defines the positive experience, gives the historical parallels. The article gives the author’s classification of the leaders, analyzes their activity and realization of functions in the conditions of Khakas as a national region
