Peculiarities of formation of governmental intelligentsia of Khakasia in the context of indigenization policy

Summary/Abstract: The article shows the process of formation of national government personnel in Khakasia in the 1920-s and 1930-s. The forms and methods of this process are analyzed. The article also deals with contradictions and draw-backs of indigenization in Khakasia. The reasons of incompleteness of the process are shown in the article.
