Energy management system in a municipality as an instrument of mitigating ecological crisis

Summary/Abstract: There have been developed the energy management systems in municipalities in the European Union member states within the last two decades. The aim of these systems is to have local contribution to climate protection, ensure energy safety of municipality’s inhabitants, reduce the expenses of territorial self-government and households on energy as well as to create new working positions. The paper presents the graphic model of this system and description of it.
