Summary/Abstract: The global crisis aggravates the problems connected with the identification of economic development factors, which, more frequently, include governance structures. The development incentives generated by them have to include local and regional conditions of economy, which is confirmed by the analysis of documents included in the paper. The governance structures, which are shaped according to the rules of Common Agriculural Policy, serve the purpose of creating a multifunctional agriculture model which, in a differentiated European structure, undergoes endogenisation and adapts different forms. This paper is concerned with their resistance to crisis phenomena. The research confirms that in Opole region there is a type of agriculture which is directed towards the chains of delivery of agricultural products. It leads to geographic concentration of agricultural production, sustaining, however, its balanced character.
