Summary/Abstract: In this article a reminiscence is made regarding the occurrence of the theory and conceptual happening of iT. This reminiscence in short terms describes how things have occurred. FPS is specially accentuate in development of theoretical concept related to information society, and some of the partici-pants ion these proceedings are mentioned. By the end of the eighties and beginning of nineties FPS was less conspicu-ous in theoretical researches related to iT but most of its forces were orient-ed toward the enlargements of iT theological bases. The works of a number of professors and dean is mentioned in endeavors to integrate in iT techno-logical base not only professors but students and administration as well. The article is specially treating new theoretical tendencies when internet is concerned, basically discussing the activities related to the development of internet politics.
