Summary/Abstract: The progress of the Informational society has opened the question of the time validity of social middle range theories. It seems quite acceptable to stipulate that middle range theories in Social Science are time determinated. Political Sociology the pet science of the modern Industrial society is bases on the juncture of two concepts: power and social structure. It is concentrated on ruling, imposing, power sharing concept which are based on supremacy, control, extortion and execution.On the other hand the Informational Society which is less and less concen-trated on national states as frameworks of societal integration, and promotes ansambles as forms of social gathering, is more and more insisting on coop-eration and information. The advance of a new science is therefore necessary. We have tentatively named this discipline Political Informatics. Political Informatics represents the juncture of information and societal ansambles. Cooperation, integration, conflict resolution, team work, conciliation and negotiation are some of the key concept emerging as political concept of the new science. Some basic arguments for the development of this discipline are elaborated in the text that follows.
