Subiectul dreptului de autor din perspectiva noului cod civil
The subject of the copyright from the perspective of the New Civil Code

Summary/Abstract: The contribution analyse the impact of the provisions of the New Civil Code on the status of the author who has not accomplish yet the conditions for the full capacity rights. Based on a comparison of the rules who governs the exercise of the subjective rights in the general civil regulation and in copyright regulations, the article concludes that the new civil code has to be completed with new aspects to clarify the juridical regime of the children-authors under the copy right law and civil code regulation.
