Resettlement of intellectual property under Romanian law

Summary/Abstract: The present contribution tries to demonstrate that the main effect of the appeareance of the new civil Code regulation in the intellectual property field is to include deffinitelly this part of the law in the civil law. Even though the appearence is that nothing has changed in the analyse of the intellectual property relations and rules, the author presents a different way of realising the scientific and juridical analyse of these juridical acts and facts.
