Classification de l’objet du droit d’auteur à la lumière du Nouveau Code Civil

Summary/Abstract: The contribution tries to identify conections between the rules provided by the new Civil Code and the former provisions of the Romanian Copyright Law no. 8/1996 regarding the goods protected by the copyright regulations. It is mandatory to take into considerations the new rules established by the new civil code in order to understand better the old regulations and to apply correctly the new law.
