The impact of the strategic leadership on survival and development of an organization

Summary/Abstract: The purpose of this article is to present the impact of strategic leadership on opportunities of organizations growth. There is presented the essence of strategic leadership including the differences between micro and strategic leadership. There are also presented four strategic leadership types: high-control innovator, status quo guardian, participative innovator, process manager which create and change six strategic forces (culture, structure, strategy, technology, leadership, and environment). The article is based on the literature study.
