Cultural determinants of growth and development of enterprises

Summary/Abstract: The paper concerns the problems emerging as a result of growth and development of enterprises from cultural points of view. After the presentation of the essence of growth and development, the trust and innovative culture is focused on. Next organizational culture in different phases of organizational grow is described. Finally the cultural relation between organization and environment is pointed out and examined as for the consequence for organizational growth and development.
