Summary/Abstract: The paper concerns the problems emerging as a result of flexibility of enterprises from the social problems points of view. After the presentation of the essence of flexibility, the philosophy of gender has been focused on. Finally the relation between gender and flexibility has been pointed out and examined as for the consequence for organizational success.
