Entrepreneurial orientation and organization effectiveness in the context of strategic problems development

Summary/Abstract: Entrepreneurial orientation and strategic problems of growth have become an important and extensively researched issue in the literature. This study presents the results of empirical research in the field of entrepreneurial orientation impact on organizational performance. The survey was addressed to 158 Silesian organizations. Data was collected in 2011. The result of the study indicates there is simultaneous influence of entrepreneurial orientation and strategic problems of growth on the organization effectiveness.
