Summary/Abstract: The primary objective of this paper is to attempt to present the treated in terms of dynamic capabilities. Organization health must be consistently built, supported and monitored, which in fact is reduced to its measurement. In turn, quantification of organizational health allows you to evaluate the benefits it brings for the organization. The multidimensional nature of this construct determines and organizes the entire organization, including all stakeholders, but employees in particular. The results of empirical studies obtained in the conducted factor analysis prove that there are strong relationships between the five dimensions of organizational health, identified and discussed in detail: flexibility, rejuvenation, enforcement, complementariness and supplement.
