Summary/Abstract: After a heavy crisis wave enterprises are still facing the challenge to build a constant advantage in competitiveness. Nowadays competitiveness has a wide global scale. Enterprises seek specialists in modern technologies and innovations creation. Innovators are to analyze the information coming from the market and to have the ability to transform customers’ needs in better, new, personalized products that will allow the enterprise to stand out. Organizations try to reach the level of maturity that allows to create innovative products/services, by constant improvement of internal forms and processes. A huge chance seems to be the use of networkingness and virtualiness in order to take advantage of certain goods, resources and capital without redundancy regarded as a cost of the given investment.
