Evolution of organizational structures towards multispace network

Summary/Abstract: Gradually, the opportunities connected with the virtual network management are: –– an opportunity for dynamic development of a company, –– an opportunity to complete orders without geographical and competence limitations, –– an opportunity to provide services on the highest possible level of quality. Threats connected with virtual network management are: –– lack of conditions to maintain loyalty after incidental connections between experts, –– possibility to seize consecutive orders directly by an expert or a business partner, –– possibility to withdraw from the network by an expert or a business partner. The goal of this scientific article is to show the evolution of phenomena of an organization functioning against the background of economic changes caused by the communication and information technology revolution. The author is aware of limited possibilities of observed phenomena indicators and that the cause and effect – and incomplete image are presented. The author tries to present the outline of analyzed problem connected to the subject of this scientific article.
