Summary/Abstract: Organizational growth and development are natural and immanent processes for every enterprise. The goal of the paper is to present one of the possible paths of organizational growth and development – the growth and development by projects. Presented considerations lead to the conclusion that the mentioned path of enterprise’s growth and development has various strengths, and is complementary to traditional growth models.
