Summary/Abstract: Nowadays project management is no longer a set of basic rules, simple methods and tools. Project management has changed into more complex and holistic approach due to its evolution and links with other approaches. The goal of the paper is to present the essence and goals, as well as benefits and limitations of strategic project management.
