Mechanisms of growth and development from the Resource Based View perspective

Summary/Abstract: The goal of this article is to identify mechanisms for the development and growth from Resource Base View perspective. The opinion about such mechanisms is formulated on the basis of the assumptions of RBV concepts and assumptions of the VBM (finance concepts) The analysis shows that the essence of development, from both points of view is to focus on core activities, but the capabilities (specific of RBV) can develop through the improvement of internal resources or by seeking the access to the network where we can find important intangible resources.
