From linear structures to networks − a study of a global service company

Summary/Abstract: The article focuses on the management systems evolution. The authors present an event study of a company which provides IT services. The study aims at identifying the system evolution stages as well as the management structures. The authors try to confirm a hypothesis about a natural company maturation to next organizational and management solution stages as well as a hypothesis on networking as a kind of specific solution to flexibility and standardization paradox.
