Summary/Abstract: The article presents models of growth based on relations. The paper discusses the importance of the context for the operation and the success of company and then the relation cooperation. The analysis of strategy/models based on relations can illustrate the complexity and diversity of forms of cooperation and growth models, among which there has been pointed the model of access to resources, the model based on knowledge processes, the model of innovation, the model of increase value or the model of boundaries expanding.
