The influence of talents on the developmental potential of a company

Summary/Abstract: The main aim of this report is an introduction of managerial awareness level concerning the need of implementation of talents’ management in organizations acting nowadays. A thesis is proposed that talents’ management will dominate within the next years as a factor determining organization development by the increase of its rates. The analysis of literature points that talents’ management can be an important element in building competitive advantage according to its strategy, if managers understand its role and appreciate values of this intangible condition of company development.
