Management of talented employees as an element of organization improvement

Summary/Abstract: The article shows an approach in investing in gifted employees. It is essential to determine standards of workers’ selection and development. The aim of the article is to show that talents management consists in adjusting talents to professional roles. Because gifted workers contribute to the increase of company value on the market, managers have a difficult goal to keep them in the company, at the same time paying attention to a profitability analysis of investment in talents.
